We recognise that budgets are tighter than ever and to this end we thought that it might be helpful to outline a few of our money-saving tips and incentives:

Reports and newsletters
Consider whether you need such items to be printed or whether they would serve you just as well in electronic format such as a PDF newsletters distributed via email. See our portfolio for examples. Professionally-designed electronic documents can include dynamic and engaging links – to websites, email and videos, for example.

A printed summary
For long documents you could present your unabridged item electronically and print an accompanying summary document in one of a number of possible formats, from pocket fold-out to mini report.

Plan ahead
Consider what you are going to need in the coming months and where feasible organise it together. There will be many benefits: your campaign will be more consistent and it will be more cost-effective to produce

materials as a set – not only in terms of the time you pay out for but also your own.
